PAYMENT METHODS
PAY BY PAYPAL
Pay through your Paypal account, the safest payment method for online purchases. Platform that provides the greatest protection framework to the buyer (they assure the total refund of your purchase if you do not receive the merchandise or if the one you receive is different from the one announced).

SAW. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Authorize payment”. VII. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
In the event that you detect that an error has occurred when entering your personal data, you can correct errors related to the personal data provided during the purchase process by contacting the customer service through email orders@glowrias.com (more information contained in the Shipments section of our website).

This website offers the details of all the items that you have added to your basket during the purchase process, so that, before making the payment, you can modify the data of your order. If you detect an error in your order after the end of the payment process, you must immediately contact our customer service, at the email address mentioned above, to correct the error.

If you realize your mistake once the order has been sent, you will have to bear the cost that SEUR applies for the change of address, which amounts to € 4.

VIII. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items left in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

IX. DELIVERY
Unless there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or errors derived from the computer system, the transport company or lack of information provided by you for the shipment, we will send the order consisting of the products / s related in each Shipping Confirmation in the deadline indicated on the website and, in any case, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

You will choose the place of delivery of the order: Pick up at our store or home delivery. If you have chosen the option of home delivery and you are absent at the time of delivery, you can agree with the transport company a new delivery at your home, collected at the SEUR offices or the point deposit.

If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind, in any case, that shipments are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or holidays. It is also convenient for these purposes to specify that orders are dispatched within 48 hours after confirmation (which is the time of preparation of the order) and, once collected by the transport company, it takes a maximum of 72 hours to arrive .

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has occurred or that the order has been “delivered” at the time when you, a third party indicated by you (or if you are absent, a neighbor of your estate) acquires the material possession of the products, which will be credited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address. The name of the person who picked up the order will be recorded on the delivery note as well as what it does.

For orders made with the “store pickup” shipping option, 3 months are available to pick up the package. After these months, the packages will be destroyed. Claims of these may be made within 3 months.

X. DELIVERY IMPOSSIBILITY
SEUR makes several delivery attempts. It will also call your phone and send successive emails to the address you provided to inform you of the status of your shipment. Therefore, if for any reason, it is impossible for you to receive the shipment, SEUR will offer different points near your home or work so that you can pick it up at the time you deem appropriate.

In the event that after successive attempts, calls and various communications from both SEUR and GLORIA’S, you do not take charge of your package, your order will be returned to our warehouse. In the event that 15 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for cause not attributable to us, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the cost of shipping and return with all expenses related to these expeditions within a maximum period of 14 days since we receive the merchandise in our warehouse. Please bear in mind that the transport derived from the resolution may have an additional cost, so we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs that SEUR charges to us due to its conduct.

XI TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND PROPERTY
The risks of the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery. You will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if it took place at a later time.

XII. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices of the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices may change at any time, but (except as stated above) the possible changes will not affect orders with respect to which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. XIV BUY AS INVITED
This website also allows purchase through the purchase functionality as a guest. In this mode of purchase, you will only be asked for the essential data to process your order. Once the purchase process is finished, you will be offered the possibility to register as a user or continue as an unregistered user.

XV. TAX ON ADDED VALUE AND BILLING
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the items will be understood to be located in the Spanish VAT application territory if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally valid at all times depending on the specific item in question. In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with current regulations in each of these territories. You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic support, although you may indicate at any time your willingness to receive an invoice in paper support, in which case, we will issue and send the invoice in said format.

XVI. RETURN POLICY
XVI.I. Legal right to withdraw from purchase Right to withdraw

If you are hiring as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods or if the goods that make up your order are delivered separately, to the 14 calendar days of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify GLOWRIAS by writing to us by email requests@glowrias.com your decision to withdraw from the contract through the following form, which constitutes an unequivocal statement thereof.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right be sent before the corresponding term expires.

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including those related to the delivery of the less burdensome available delivery method (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the election by you of a modality of delivery different from the least expensive modality of ordinary delivery we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

Returns without prior notification or without meeting the conditions provided in our Return Policy, will not be accepted.

Once you verify that your return meets all the established requirements, you must return or deliver the products directly to our store or through a courier, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days to from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.

Unless you return the goods in our physical store, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will be responsible for the decrease in value of the assets resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. Likewise, you are responsible for sending us the product in the same conditions in which it was sent by us.

The following goods are excluded, which may not be subject to withdrawal due to legal imperative: Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (bathing suits, bodies, jewelry, glasses) of sun, etc.). Goods subject to reservation or purchase in advance (the user has specified his willingness to make a product for himself that is out of stock and discontinued).
